We had a very pleasant experience working with Sharon and Kirk on our sale. The house is on an acre of sloping land which requires considerable upkeep, so it only appeals to a limited market. We therefore took Sharon's advice and put a price on it rather than going to auction. Despite the lockdown restrictions Sharon and Kirk had lined up at least 5 groups for our opening weekend. By Monday, our price had been met by 2 buyers. Sharon managed to raise their offers a little and we were faced with a choice of which one to select.
